The tour phone book

Open a tour and tap Contacts to see its phone book — the promoter, production manager, local crew, and anyone else the road team needs to reach.

A manager adds a contact with Add contact (name, role, company, phone/mobile, email, notes). On the list, a phone number is a tap-to-call link and an email is tap-to-send.

Routing (managers). The tour's Routing screen lists every travel leg on the run in date order, flights, hotels and ground together, and exports it as a PDF chart you can hand a bus driver. Untick anything they don't need, edit the detail on any row, and add a note at the top. Those edits change the PDF only, never the tour. Find it on the tour dashboard.

Tie a contact to a show. A contact can be tour-wide (your master list — leave Shows empty) or scoped to specific dates: pick the show(s) it's for under Shows, and that promoter or local-crew contact then appears under Show contacts on each of those days' Overview. So the day-of production number is right where the crew is looking, while general contacts stay on the main list.

Who can see a contact. Leave Who can see this empty and everyone on the tour sees it. Pick one or more departments and it only shows to those people, plus management. The promoter's mobile and the guarantee contact usually don't need to be in front of the whole bus. It's the same tag travel and schedule items use, and like those it tidies what people see rather than locking anything down — treat genuinely sensitive numbers accordingly.

The list itself reads in two groups: whole tour contacts first, then the ones tied to a show, in date order rather than alphabetical.

Contacts are private to the tour — only people on that tour can see them (they carry personal phone numbers and emails), so they're never shared publicly or across tours.
