Crew, artist, and tour manager

BetterTour has three everyday roles. Artists and tour managers can also act as crew on someone else's tour, so you're never locked into one view.

• Crew — read the active tour: today's schedule, venue, hotel, and your call time.
• Artist — everything crew can do, plus create and run your own band's tours.
• Tour manager — run tours across many bands.

If you hold more than one role, use the view switcher in your account menu to change perspective. It's a proper dress rehearsal: switch to Artist and the manager tools disappear, so you see a tour the way the people on it see it. Handy for checking what you're about to share before the crew get it.

It changes what you see, not what you're allowed to do. You still own what you owned, so switching back brings everything with it.
