Building your tour's days

Open a tour from your dashboard — it lands on Dates, the itinerary: the list of days, grouped by month, with a List | Month toggle for a calendar view of the same run.

Past dates fold behind Show past dates at the top, for everyone. A date sticks around until noon the next day, then folds. In the month view it dims instead of leaving a hole. Today is highlighted so it's one tap.

In the artist view, tapping a date opens that date's schedule rather than the day overview.

Add days (managers)

Tap Add days and confirm the date range (it's pre-filled from the tour's start and end dates). BetterTour creates one day per date. It's safe to run again later — days you've already built are left untouched, so extending a tour just fills in the new dates.

Set what each day is

Tap a day to set its type (Show day, Travel day, Production day, Rehearsal day, Off day, Media), a label, the venue, the city, time zone, and general / travel / hotel notes. Each type is colour-coded in the list so the shape of the tour reads at a glance. Flip Confirmed once a day is locked in.

Venues come from a shared database: start typing a venue's name to reuse one that's already on BetterTour, or tap New to add it (name, city, capacity, notes). Because venues are shared across tours, the details you add help everyone — and they're there next time you play the room.

Crew see the itinerary read-only — the schedule and travel that hang off each day. Day sheets are made and sent by management, and crew read the ones they're sent.
