BetterTour is a tour-management app for touring musicians and their crew. Build a tour once — dates, venues, crew, travel and schedule — and everyone carries the whole thing in their pocket, offline, with a push notification whenever anything changes.

Tap Sign up, use your email and a password (or continue with Google), and choose whether you're crew, an artist, or a tour manager. You can change roles later in your Account settings.
Crew who are invited to a tour use BetterTour for free. Full pricing for builder features will be shared before it goes live.
Open the tour's Dashboard — the tour name sits at the very top, and managers see a small pencil beside it. Tap the pencil, type the new name, and hit Enter (or the check mark). You can also ask the assistant — "rename this tour to Summer Run 2026" — and confirm. Only tour managers can rename a tour. This is also how you fix a tour that came in from a Master Tour import still called "Imported tour".
Tap the search icon in the top bar (or press ⌘K / Ctrl+K) to open the search palette from anywhere. Start typing to find your tours, bands, venues, help articles, and (when you're inside a tour) that tour's dates and shows. It also runs quick commands like "report a bug" or "go to the calendar". Use the arrow keys to move, Enter to open, Esc to close.
